Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy

To submit a valid infringement claim, certain information must be provided:

Notice of Infringement – Claim

1. A signature from the copyright owner or their authorized representative;
2. Identification of the copyrighted work that has been infringed;
3. Details about the infringing material and how it can be located;
4. Contact information of the complaining party;
5. A statement confirming that the use of the material is unauthorized;
6. An acknowledgement that the provided information is accurate and the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Section 17 USC §512(f) outlines penalties for misrepresentation in infringement notifications. Takedown notices can be sent through our Contact page via email for quicker processing.

It should be noted that we may share the identity of the complainant with the alleged infringer. By submitting a claim, you agree to this disclosure.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material

If your material has been removed due to a copyright claim, you can send us a counter notification to have it restored. This notification must include:

1. Your signature;
2. A description of the removed material;
3. A statement asserting good faith belief that the removal was a mistake;
4. Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction for legal matters.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We have a zero-tolerance policy towards copyright infringement and maintain a record of DMCA notices. Repeat offenders will have their accounts terminated.
